Finding healthcare providers and specialists in Arizona 
 
You have access to the Find a Doctor tool, which lists doctors, other healthcare professionals, hospitals, and facilities that are part of our network. 
 
Log in to your MyBlue account at <a href="https://www.azblue.com/account-management/bluenet-online" target="_blank">azblue.com/MyBlue</a> and click on the search link under &ldquo;Find Doctors, Hospitals, and Facilities.&rdquo; You will be able to search for a provider in your plan&rsquo;s network by name, type (area of specialization), or distance from your location.
You can also call the number on the back of your member ID card for assistance in finding a provider.
Keep in mind, you will enjoy full coverage and lower costs by staying within your network. If you choose out-of-network providers, imaging facilities, or other healthcare professionals and they charge more than BCBSAZ&rsquo;s allowed amount, you will have to pay the difference.
