When you have an <a href="https://www.azblue.com/member">AZ Blue member portal account</a>, you are in control of how you receive information about your health plan.

 <li>Explanation of benefits and statements</li>
 <li>Important notices
 </li>
 <li>Health and wellness
 </li>
</ul>
The fastest way to receive your important health plan information is to select &ldquo;email.&rdquo;

Here&rsquo;s how you can change your preferences:
<ol>
 <li>Sign up or log in to your <a href="http://azblue.com/member">AZ Blue member account</a>.</li>
 <li>Click on the top right corner, profile icon, with your health plan&rsquo;s name and select Communication Preferences.
 </li>
 <li>You can then select from the materials listed above to receive them by Email, Text/SMS, or Mail.
 </li>
 <li>Be sure to click Save Preferences after you&rsquo;ve made your selections.</li>
