It&rsquo;s going to be easier than ever to access virtual visits from anywhere.
The same great virtual care service you&rsquo;ve experienced through BlueCare Anywhere is getting an upgrade! 
Here&rsquo;s what you need to know: 
<ul>
 <li>The service will now work on any phone, tablet, or computer without the need for an extra app on your device. As long as your browser is up-to-date, you can connect with a provider. </li>
 <li>You&rsquo;ll no longer need the app on a mobile device for visits after December 29, 2025. </li>
 <li>Access is easiest through your <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://" target="_blank">AZ Blue member portal.</a> Log in, click &ldquo;Find Care,&rdquo; then &ldquo;Telehealth&rdquo; to start a visit. </li>
 <li>The name &ldquo;BlueCare Anywhere&rdquo; will change to &ldquo;Telehealth.&rdquo; You may also access telehealth services from your PCP or another provider, and these services stay the same for you. </li>
 <li>If you&rsquo;ve used BlueCare Anywhere before, your visit summaries and notes will stay in place.</li>
</ul>
