Blue Cross&reg; Blue Shield&reg; of Arizona is looking to honor, thank, and reward these Front Line Heroes for their selflessness and commitment to our communities. And we need your help to do it. Now through November 28, you have a chance to nominate your Arizona hero at <a href="https://heroes.azblue.com/" target="_blank">azblue.com/heroes</a>.
If 2020 has taught us one thing, it&rsquo;s that heroes can come from all walks of life. Whether it&rsquo;s the dedicated nurses and doctors working endless shifts, the grocery employee who tirelessly stocks shelves, or your crafty aunt who sews and donates homemade masks, they have all bravely stood up to fight back against this supervillain of a virus. 
To make sure every type of hero is represented, we&rsquo;ve created six nomination categories. Five heroes in each category will win $1,000! Plus, one hero from each category will get to donate $10,000 to the charity of their choice.
