    <li>Adults 65 and older.</li>
    <li>Children under 2 years old. </li>
    <li>People with chronic health conditions.</li>

    <li>Nursing home residents.</li>
    <li>Non-Hispanic Black people, Hispanic or Latino people, and American Indian or Alaska Native people.</li>
    <li>Caregivers of people at high risk.</li>
