Join a wellness challenge
How many days in a row can you eat healthily? What about total steps or nights of good sleep? You’ll find challenges arranged by BCBSAZ or your employer in the Achieve section of Sharecare—there may even be additional incentives for participating! Score!
All activity counts
While many challenges and rewards programs encourage regular movement and earning a specific number of daily steps, it's important to know that all activity counts. You can walk, bike, swim, and do all sorts of activities to reach your goals. We recommend aiming for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. So get out there and get moving!
