AZ Blue Blue Best Life Medicare Advantage plans have been awarded 4.5 out of 5 stars by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the 2026 plan year. This is the highest rating AZ Blue has ever achieved, jumping a full star in just one year.

This places AZ Blue in the top 7% of plans in the country—and it is the only 4.5-Star Medicare Advantage plan (non-SNP) available in Arizona. Beginning next year, 100% of AZ Blue Medicare Advantage members will be enrolled in a 4.5+ Star-rated plan.
