BlueCare Anywhere is Getting an Upgrade

It’s going to be easier than ever to access virtual visits from anywhere.

The same great virtual care service you’ve experienced through BlueCare Anywhere is getting an upgrade!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • The service will now work on any phone, tablet, or computer without the need for an extra app on your device. As long as your browser is up-to-date, you can connect with a provider.
  • You’ll no longer need the app on a mobile device for visits after December 29, 2025.
  • Access is easiest through your AZ Blue member portal. Log in, click “Find Care,” then “Telehealth” to start a visit.
  • The name “BlueCare Anywhere” will change to “Telehealth.” You may also access telehealth services from your PCP or another provider, and these services stay the same for you.
  • If you’ve used BlueCare Anywhere before, your visit summaries and notes will stay in place.
