Keep your communication preferences up-to-date to stay connected to your health plan. Keep in mind, some required notices may still come in the mail.

When you have an AZ Blue member portal account, you are in control of how you receive information about your health plan.

The fastest way to receive your important health plan information is to select “email.”

Here’s how you can change your preferences:

Sign up or log in to your AZ Blue member account.
Click on the top right corner, profile icon, with your health plan’s name and select Communication Preferences.
You can then select from the materials listed above to receive them by Email, Text/SMS, or Mail.
Be sure to click Save Preferences after you’ve made your selections.
