Access your ID cards faster than ever

We’re going green and saying goodbye to plastic! You will now receive paper ID cards more quickly, along with 24/7 access to a digital version through the member portal.

Here’s what to expect

• Beginning August 1: When your plan renews or you request a new ID card, you’ll receive a paper version for both medical and dental plans.
• The paper ID card includes all the same information as the plastic version and can be used for care as soon as your plan starts.

Quick Tip: You can email your ID card directly to your provider from the member portal or save it to your Apple or Android mobile wallet for quick access.

The AZ Blue member portal offers 24/7 access to your digital ID card, lets you manage communication preferences, and provides more ways to save and share your ID card to get the care you need.
