OTC Allowance for Blue Best Life Plus (HMO) Plan Members

Blue Best Life Plus Plan members will receive a $25 per quarter OTC allowance in plan year 2027. Funds are loaded each quarter to your OTC/Rewards Benefits Mastercard® and do not rollover.

You can use your OTC allowance to purchase eligible health-related products from the catalog, or at participating retail stores, such as Walgreen, CVS, Fry’s, Safeway and Walmart.2
