- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Health Choice Members can order a breast pump from Acelleron.
- All other members can order from an in-network provider like Rotech, Yummy Mummy or Aeroflow.
A doctor's prescription is required to order a breast pump. Good news: The durable medical equipment provider will do the work for you by contacting your provider for an electronic prescription to complete the order.

AZ Blue plans typically cover lactation support from International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) when they are in-network. Members are encouraged to use the Lactation Network or search the provider directory on the AZ Blue portal to confirm if a consultant is contracted with their specific plan.
