AZ Blue staff proudly accept the Pinnacle of Hope Award, honoring their outstanding corporate philanthropy and volunteer efforts

AZ Blue was recently recognized by the Arizona-New Mexico chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) for its outstanding corporate philanthropy and dedicated employee volunteerism, supporting impactful events like Walk MS and Bike MS. These efforts help uplift nearly a million Americans living with Multiple Sclerosis—including 15,000 right here in Arizona—and reflect AZ Blue’s commitment to making a meaningful difference in our communities.

AZ Blue received the Pinnacle of Hope Award and was named to the Circle of Philanthropy, joining a prestigious group of donors that have given or raised $500,000 or more for NMSS. The cause is of special interest to AZ Blue President and CEO Pam Kehaly, who supports a loved one living with MS. “I am always inspired at MS events, like Walk MS and the MS bike ride. I see so many passionate people engaging to find a cure – and this gives me hope.”

AZ Blue’s most recent gift to the local NMSS chapter was made in memory of Sue Glawe who led AZ Blue’s community relations efforts for many years and had a personal connection to MS as well. The $10,000 gift kicked off the chapter’s Ignite the Movement giving campaign at the Dinner of Champions.
