Arizona is one of the hardest-hit states when it comes to finding enough providers. In rural areas like Mohave, it is even worse. Patients often must travel far or wait too long for care. This partnership with Nest Health solves that by sending care teams into families&rsquo; homes.

The Nest Health team of doctors, nurses, therapists, and care coordinators provide in-home and online care, as well as ongoing care coordination and 24/7 clinical support, The team can give vaccines, order lab tests, help with school forms, manage long-term health problems, and provide therapy or mental health support. They also help families find resources for things like food, housing, and employment.
