You can complete your 2027 AZ Blue MAPD certification on the PinPoint Global Platform.

Completing your 2027 certification helps you prepare to support clients who may be exploring AZ Blue Medicare plan options during AEP.

If you were certified in 2026 and a returning user for 2027, your username is your National Producer Number (NPN). If you forgot your password, reset it by clicking Forgot Password. You can also access the certification platform through AZ Blue’s broker portal.

• Once logged in, your assigned 2027 courses will appear in your profile.
