AZ Blue’s new and improved Member portal is now available for Medicare Advantage (MA) members. This secure one-stop-shop offers online account access anytime, anywhere via their mobile device or desktop computer. Your clients can:
- Check claim status
- Find in-network providers
- Download plan documents and forms
- View or order a new ID card
- Review coverage details
- Connect with wellness partners
- And more
If your MA clients previously used our old portal, they MUST create a new account to access their new online member account. It's easy to navigate.
