We’ve made it easier for your clients to use their benefits in 2026. Starting January 1, 2026, members will have one member ID card for medical, prescription, and dental benefits for their Medicare Advantage plan.

Members need to present their ID card when they get care or pick up prescriptions. If they lose their card, they can contact Member Services to get a new one.
