Member Portal
The AZ Blue Member Portal provides members 24/7 access to their benefits. It’s easy to register:
- Go to azblue.com/member
- Enter your Member ID or Social Security number and date of birth, and follow the prompts to create an account
- Remember to save your password

From routine checkups to urgent care visits, AZ Blue makes it easy for members to get the care they need, when they need it.
Know where to start:
Primary Care Provider
Members can call their provider for any routine checkups, sick visits, or to treat chronic conditions – all without a copay.
Need help finding a provider?
Members can call the number on the back of their member ID card.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Urgent Care
Need Care Now?
For non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries that can’t wait, members can find an urgent care or health clinic near them. Just a $25 copay.
Emergency Room
Call 911
Members should never delay treatment for serious health problems that could cause harm if not treated immediately. $135 copay for ER visits.
