The MA Quick Start Guide makes it easy for your clients to get started. This guide contains easy tips on how to use their plan and get care.

Member Portal

The AZ Blue Member Portal provides members 24/7 access to their benefits. It’s easy to register:

  1. Go to azblue.com/member 
  2. Enter your Member ID or Social Security number and date of birth, and follow the prompts to create an account
  3. Remember to save your password

Know where to start:

Primary Care Provider

Members can call their provider for any routine checkups, sick visits, or to treat chronic conditions – all without a copay.

Members can call the number on the back of their member ID card.

Urgent Care

Need Care Now?

For non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries that can’t wait, members can find an urgent care or health clinic near them. Just a $25 copay.

Emergency Room

Call 911

Members should never delay treatment for serious health problems that could cause harm if not treated immediately. $135 copay for ER visits.
