We no longer require an assigned Primary Care Provider (PCP) on any of our individual Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans. We recently removed PCP assignments from our plans on the ACA Health Choice network. You can visit any in-network PCP and get a referral from any in-network PCP for specialist visits.

Specialist visit referrals may be required for certain plans. Check your Summary of Benefits and Coverage.
