Connecting Members to Support and Independence

In September, the AZ Blue Health Choice team attended Abilities Expo Phoenix, where we connected with members, families, caregivers, and community partners from across Arizona. Events like this help us better understand the needs of our members and share resources that can support health, independence, and everyday life.

One of the organizations featured at the event was Ability360, a local nonprofit that helps people with disabilities live independently and stay connected to their communities. Ability360 offers programs and services that may help with independent living, employment, transportation, adaptive sports and recreation, peer support, and more.
