    Current Situation

    • Rainfall within the Havasu Creek Basin and Havasupai Reservation on September 13, 2026, resulted in significant flash flooding.
    • Additional rainfall remains possible and conditions may change quickly.
    • There are currently no areas designated under Set or Go evacuation status.

    What to Do Now

    • Avoid flood-prone areas, washes, creeks, and waterways.
    • Stay alert for weather updates and changing conditions.
    • Follow directions from local officials, tribal authorities, and National Park Service personnel.
    • Keep essential items readily available, including:
      • Medications and prescriptions
      • Identification and important documents
      • Water, food, and emergency supplies
      • Cell phones, chargers, and backup batteries
