Standard On Exchange plans are available through the Health Insurance Marketplace, also known as the health insurance exchange or Healthcare.gov.

Prospective Members

On this page, you will see a list of the 2022 BCBSAZ Individual and Family Plans that are available on the federal healthcare exchange at healthcare.gov. These are "on-exchange" plans.

The plans listed on this page are available during open enrollment, with effective dates on and after January 1, 2022.

Each listed plan has a link to the base benefit book, plan attachment, and any riders for that plan. A "rider" is a plan document that modifies the terms of the benefit plan, such as adding or removing benefits, and changing the member cost share. BCBSAZ can change the terms of a benefit plan or a rider as required or allowed by applicable state and/or federal law.
